Advances in the Study of Plant Glycolate Oxidase

Glycolate oxidase is a key enzyme for plant photorespiration. Recently, advances have been made in the understanding of it. This review is focusing on its mollecular structure, post-translational import and assembly, and the regulation of its gene expression is also reviewed.
