All manuscripts are initially evaluated by editors. Editors use the web-based program Sci-Tech Journal Academic Misconduct Document Detection (AMLC) (https://check.cnki.net/amlc2/) to check for possible instances of plagiarism, and editors also assess suitability for the purpose and scope of the journal. Manuscripts as deemed appropriate are then sent for peer review by at least two independent experts in the relevant field to review the paper for scientific quality. The review format is single-blind review. The peer-reviewed and revised manuscript will be subject to the final decision on whether to accept the manuscript by the deputy Editor-in-Chief .
