Essential oil of Vanilla planifdia Andr . was obtained with supercritical CO 2 fluid extration method,its composition being analyzed by GC/MS technique. From 44 chromatographic peaks,11 chemical components were identified, accounting for 80.1% of the total content of the essential oil.The content of Vanillin, with a 64.83% relative content, is the highest.
