    • The authors investigated the measuring of the drying characteristics of wheat dur-ing deep-bed drying by observing the dynamics of continuous drying air. The studyelueidated fluid-to-gmin heat and moisture transfer and the change in avenlge moisturecontent of different layers of glain and demonstheted the change of fluid state and drying rateof wheat in a deep-bed.
