Tissue culture techniques and large scale micropropagation of Neolamarckia cadamba were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal inducing medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+GA32.0 mg/L; the optimal multiplication medium was MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L, the highest multiplication rate was 3.4. The optimal rooting medium was MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L. Within 15 d, the rooting rate could reach 100%, the average number of roots was 7.8, and the average length of roots was 1.42 cm.
