Dynamic Programming in Water Allocation at the Lower Reaches of the Talimu River

    • The relationships between the ground water rise and the water consumption per bank length, the ground water depth and the improvied ecological area, were studied by using observied data of 5 time input water to Talimu River, dynamic planning theory and great system optimization theory. The mathematics mode of input water on Talimu River was contructed and water allocation in different research area was computed.
