Comparison Between Sufficiency Range Method and Modified Diagnosis and Recommendation Integrated System in Nutrition Diagnosis of Litchi

The standard ranges,nutrient-ratio reference values and related parameters were put forward by analyzing Nuomici litchi leaf samples from 4 high-and-stable yielding orchards.Sufficiency range method(SRM,i.e.,standard value method) and modified diagnosis and recommendation integrated system(M-DRIS) were used to diagnose the N,P,K,Ca,Mg,B,Zn sufficient and deficient status of Nuomici litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn) from 2 low-yielding orchards in Shenzhen City.Compared with SRM,M-DRIS not only showed relative balance status among nutrients,but also provided the information of the fertilizer application order and potential nutrient deficient.Thus M-DRIS could offer better foundation for balanced fertilizer application in litchi production.
