    Studies on Techniques of in vitro Evaluation of Fusaric Wilt-Resistance in Cucumber

    • Influence of two kinds of selection agents on the tissue culture of ten genotypes with different resistance to fusarium wilt in cucumber were studied .The results showed that the suitable agents of in vitro evaluation were the culture filtrates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum(FOC)and 1 mg/L crude fusaric acid (FA )extracts ,and the suitable period for identification was the induction of callus phase .The tissue culture resistance to agents showed consistence with the seedling resistance to the pathogen .
