Design of Plane Six-Bar Optimal Punchs Mechanism for Fine-Blanking Technology
Inthis paper, to meet the need of precise fine-blanking technology, the movement pattern ofthe plane six-bar puncher was analyzed. The restriction equations were inferred also. Byusing restriction punish function, the trail optimal mode of the puncher was built and theoptimal structural dimension design was determined.
