THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INITIAL CULTURE OF Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels

  • 摘要: 表面污染是木本植物组织培养污染率高的主要原因。选择晴、阴天气下生长的试材或者采用茎尖培养,是降低污染率、成功建立无菌初代培养物的有效措施。适合黄皮茎段初代培养的条件为:WPM+BA1.0+KT0.5+NAA0.5+GA_30.25+4~5%蔗糖。
    Abstract: The culture of the nodal segments from juyetnile and mature shoots of Clausena lanstum (Lour) skeels grown in field was successfully established in vitro. The suitable medium was WPM + BA 1.0+KT 0.5+NAA 0.5 + GA3 0.25+ 4-5% sucrose. Surfaces of plant parts carry a wide range of microbial contamints, which were the main sourse of infection to plant in vitro.
