    Molecular marker technology and application in pig breeding

    • 摘要: 本文旨在探索分子标记在种猪育种中的应用方法。本文对影响猪重要经济性状的主效基因及因果突变位点研究的进展进行综述,并对可应用分子标记进行分类,追踪了部分分子标记辅助育种在温氏集团的应用效果,归纳了分子标记在种猪选育中的应用方法。为同行在猪育种中应用分子标记辅助选择技术提供参考。

       

      Abstract: To explore the application methods of molecular markers in pig breeding, we reviewed the research progress of major effect genes and causal mutation sites for important economic traits, classified the available molecular markers and tracked the application effect of some molecular markers assisted breeding in Wens Group. The application methods of molecular markers in pig breeding were summarized. Molecular marker assisted selection would be widely used in pig breeding.
