    GIS-Based Zhejiang Province Red Soil Resources (RSR) Classification

    • 摘要: 在阐述红壤资源类型划分的目的与原则的基础上,提出红壤资源分类与命名体系及划分方法与步骤。并以浙江省为例,利用地理信息系统(GIS)软件ARC/INFO的多边形拓扑叠加功能进行省级红壤资源类型划分,将浙江省红壤资源划分为84种一级红壤资源类型。

       

      Abstract: The classification and nomenclature system as well as the method and procedure for red soil resources (RSR) classification were proposed based on the evaluation of the aims and principles of RSR classification . Zhejiang province was selected as an example to carry out RSR classification based on geographic information system (GIS). The RSR of the whole province were classified 84 types, and the area distribution of each RSR type was calculated with foxpro database.
