    Effect of High Ambient Temperature on Production Performance and Level of Plasma Thyroid Hormone and Insulin of Broilers

    • 摘要: 将２８８只ＡＡ鸡分成４组，分别置于２５．１０，２９．９８，３３．０８和３６．９２℃的温控室内，研究不同高温环境对肉鸡生产性能，腿肌水分，蛋白质和脂肪含量及血浆甲状腺激素，胰岛素水平的影响。结果表明：高温极显著减少肉鸡体增重和采食量（Ｐ〈０．０１），提高饲料转化睾（Ｐ〈０．０１），高温有降低腿肌中蛋白质含量和提高脂肪含量的趋势。不同高温条件下，各试验组与对照组相比，血浆Ｔ３浓度升先高后降低，Ｔ４浓度
