    SUPERCRITICAL CO 2 FLUID EXTRACTION OF Vanilla ESSENTIAL OIL AND ITS GC/MS ANALYSIS

    • 摘要: 采用超临界CO2流体萃取和气相色谱-质谱联用技术,分析了该方法所得香子兰精油的化学组成,在其精油的44个色谱峰中鉴定出11种主要化学成分,占该精油总量的80.1%,其中最高的香草醛为64.83%。

       

      Abstract: Essential oil of Vanilla planifdia Andr . was obtained with supercritical CO 2 fluid extration method,its composition being analyzed by GC/MS technique. From 44 chromatographic peaks,11 chemical components were identified, accounting for 80.1% of the total content of the essential oil.The content of Vanillin, with a 64.83% relative content, is the highest.
