    锈菌侵染后花生体内主要生化指标的变化及其与抗性的关系

    DYNAMICS OF SEVERAL BIOCHEMICAL COMPONENTS IN PEANUT PLANTS AFTER RUST INFECTION AND THEIR RELATIONSHIPS TO DISEASE RESISTANCE

    • 摘要: 利用具有不同程度抗性的5个花生品种,测定其受锈菌侵染前后有关生化指标如蛋白质、碳水化合物、氨基酸、核酸等的变化过程。结果表明,在健叶中碳水化合物与抗/感病性的关系基本上是碳水化合物含量越高的品种越感病,受侵染以后,总糖量病/健比值一般都小于1,说明本病是高糖病害。在侵染后12h时,越抗病的品种其蛋白质病/健比值越大。病叶中核酸总量比健叶有小幅度上升,但与抗性无明显相关关系。受锈菌侵染后出现含硫的胱
