    芒果离体胚轴的脱水及贮藏研究

    DESICCATION AND CRYOPRESERVATION OF EXCISEDEMBRYONIC AXES OF MANGO SEEDS

    • 摘要: 芒果种子离体胚轴的耐脱水力大于其整粒种子的耐脱水力,经硅胶脱水至11%含水量时仍有70%发芽率。5%-10%的蔗糖和脯氨酸预处理可在一定程度上提高芒果离体胚轴的耐脱水力,但效果不显著,含水量为8.7%-38.6%的干燥离体胚轴经液氮(-196℃)贮藏24h后,生活力完全丧失 。
