    THE DETERMINNAT1ON OF TRACE GERMAMUM BYGRAPHITE FURNACE ATOMIC ABSORPTIONSPECTROPHOTOMETRY WITH WOLFRAM-COATED TUBES

    • 摘要: 本文研究以镁,钯为基体改进剂,提高了用石墨炉原子吸收法测定微量锗的灵敏度,消除了干扰和记忆效应,并研究人参样品的前处理方法。所建立的方法具有简单快速,灵敏的特点,适应于测定某些样品中的痕量锗。

       

      Abstract: A method was described for the determination of trace germanium by GFAAS,in which the matrix modifier was Mg and Pd. This method has been used to analyseorganic germanium in ginseng.The analytical results were satisfactory.
