    A STUDY ON INDUSTRIALIZED PRODUTION OF CASSIA OIL

    • 摘要: 本文研究了桂油生产时,冷凝器型式、桂枝叶切碎情况及干湿状态对桂油出油率和桂油质量的影响.结果表明,冷凝器型式对桂油出油率有显著的影响.蒸馏的最佳条件是N_2冷凝器,原料切成约1cm长的半干湿状态,其桂油的得率为1.37%,桂油含醛量为90%.冷凝器型式、桂枝叶切碎情况及干湿状态对桂油含醛量基本没影响.

       

      Abstract: This paper reports study on production factors such as type of condenser, the cutting-up of the branches and leaves, and their degree of dryness to determine how they affect the yield and quality of oil, in the process of cassia oil production.It was demonstrated that the oil yield was markedly affected by the type of condenser. Optimal conditions for distillation were to use N3 condensers, with semi-dried raw materials cut up in one-centimeter long pieces. The yield of oil was 1. 37 % , which had an aldehyde content of 90 %, while the type of condenser, how the branches and leaves were cut and their states of dryness fundamentally did not affect the aldehyde content.
