    香蕉花叶病侵染源的研究

    A PRIMARY INVESTIGATION ON THE SOURCES OF INFECTION OF BANANA MOSAIC DISEASE

    • 摘要: 采用广东田问广泛分布的黄瓜花叶病毒——番茄株系Cucumber mosaic —straintomato 37(CMV-T37)作为香蕉花叶病初侵染源的试验材料,室内人工接种试验和田间诱发试验结果表明,CMV-T37无论在人工接种和自然感染的条件下均能引致香蕉产生花叶病;田间感染CMV-T37的茄科、葫芦科等蔬菜的病株皆可作为香蕉花叶病的侵染源,不带病毒的香蕉试管苗在大田种植后,仍然存在再次感染问题。

       

      Abstract: A strain of CMV (CMV-T37) which was widely found and caused tomato mosaic in Guangdong province was used as on inoculum to infect the virus-free banana plants by mechanical juice inoculation and by aphid transmission artificially in the green-house as naturally by growing infected tomato or/and cucumber plants in the trial fields.The results of all experiments were positive with high percentage of infection and showed that the solanaceous and cucurbitous plants infected by CMV-T37 might serve as the primary and secondary sources of infection of the banana mosaic disease,besides the diseased banana plants (including sucker) itself in Guangdong Province.
