    柑橘属植物分泌囊形态建成的研究进展

    Research progress in secretory cavity morphogenesis in Citrus

    • 摘要: 分泌囊是柑橘属Citrus植物普遍存在的结构,是药用成分合成、积累的主要场所。目前研究显示柑橘属植物分泌囊以裂溶生方式发生,其分泌细胞的发育过程是细胞程序化死亡的过程。虽然如此,但是分泌囊发生发育过程的研究已经有百年的历程。本文重点介绍了柑橘属植物分泌囊的起源、发生发育方式和细胞程序化死亡过程,以期为分泌囊形态建成的未来研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The secretory cavity is a ubiquitous structure in Citrus plants, which is the main place for the synthesis and accumulation of medicinal components. Current studies have shown that the secretory cavity of citrus plants occurs in schizolysogenesis, and the development of secretory cells is a process of programmed cell death. However, the study of the development of secretory cavity has experienced a hundred years. This review focuses on the origin, development and programmed cell death of secretory cavity in Citrus, in order to provide a reference for future studies on secretory cavity morphogenesis.
