    出血性大肠埃希菌O157∶H7广东分离株对小鼠致病性的研究

    Study of Pathological Changes in Mice Caused by Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157∶H7 021210 Strain

    • 摘要: 探索肠出血性大肠埃希菌Escherichia coli O157∶H7广东分离株021210(NalR)[以下简称O157∶H7 021210(NalR)]对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50),揭示其在小鼠体内产生的病理变。将20日龄的昆明鼠随机分组,饮水中加入萘啶酮酸预处理,消除肠道杂菌,再分别以不同剂量腹腔注射O157∶H7 021210(NalR),进行临床观察和病理学检查。测定出LD50,试验结果表明一定剂量的O157∶H7 021210(NalR)可引起小鼠主要脏器及肠道发生病变。

       

      Abstract: The study was conducted to explore LD50 and pathological changes in mice caused by enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157∶H7.Methods weaned mice were inoculated via enterocoelia inoculation with different doses of E.coli O157∶H7 021210 strain and simultaneously treated with nalidixic acid to determine LD50.Many pathological changes were seen in mice caused by E.coli O157∶H7.
