    3种新型端炔氟虫腈的合成及杀虫活性

    Synthesis and Insecticidal Activities of Three New Acetylene-Terminated Fipronils

    • 摘要: 将氟虫腈与3种端炔氯氨基甲酸酯反应,合成了3种含氨基甲酸酯结构片断的端炔氟虫腈,探讨了其合成条件,结果表明,KOH和四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)n(KOH)∶ n(TBAI)=20∶ 1与CH2Cl2的组合为理想的反应体系.在此条件下,3种目标化合物的产率分别为71%、64%和75%.杀虫活性测定结果表明,3种目标化合物对白蚊伊蚊Aedes albopictus、亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis和小菜蛾Plutella xylostella的杀虫活性稍优于氟虫腈.
