    草甘膦对空心莲子草叶甲生长发育的影响

    Effects of Glyphosate on the Growth and Development of Agasicles hygrophila

    • 摘要: 分别用质量浓度为0.41、0.82、1.23、1.64和2.05 g/L的草甘膦处理空心莲子草叶甲Agasicles hygrophila的卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫,并以清水为空白对照,测定卵的孵化率、历期,幼虫和成虫的成活率、历期.结果表明:各处理组叶甲卵的孵化率与对照的差异不显著;处理组叶甲幼虫和成虫的成活率与对照的差异显著,对照组的幼虫成活率和成虫成活率分别是草甘膦2.05 g/L时的1.59倍和1.31倍.
