    链霉菌4301菌株抑菌活性物质的分离与结构鉴定

    Isolation and Identification of Antifungal Metabolites of Streptomyces Strain 4301

    • 摘要: 从土样中分离筛选的链霉菌4301 菌株的代谢产物具有抑菌活性,通过溶媒萃取并利用各种柱层析手段从该菌株发酵液中分离得到5个化合物,利用波谱技术确定其结构分别为槲皮素、芹菜素、阿魏酸、香草酸和没食子酸,并初步评价了化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ的抑菌活性.生测结果表明:浓度为10 mmol/L槲皮素对香蕉炭疽病菌Colletotrichum musae、荔枝炭疽病菌Glomerella cingulata、荔枝霜疫霉菌Peronophythora litchii和小麦赤霉病菌Fusarium graminearum均有抑菌作用.浓度为10 mmol/L的香草酸对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌圈直径达到了28 mm.
