    苦瓜茎叶中葫芦烷三萜化合物对小菜蛾幼虫的拒食作用

    Antifeeding Activity of Cucurbitane Triterpenoid from Momordica charantia Leaves to Plutella xylostella

    • 摘要: 采用叶碟法测定了苦瓜茎叶乙醇提取物对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella幼虫的拒食活性.从苦瓜叶乙醇提取物中分离得到3种葫芦烷三萜化合物,(19S,23E)-5β,19-epoxy-19-methoxy-cucurbita-6,23-diene-3β,25-diol(化合物1)、(19R,23E)-5β,19-epoxy-19-methoxycucurbita-6,23-diene-3β,25-diol(化合物2)和3B,7β,25-trihydroxyeucurbita-5,23-dien-19-al-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(化合物3).生测结果表明,它们对小菜蛾幼虫的取食有明显的抑制作用.3种化合物(p=1 000 μg/mL)分别处理甘蓝叶碟后饲喂小菜蛾2龄幼虫,12 h后,化合物1、化合物2和化合物3在选择性试验中的拒食率分别为80.63%、63.26%和77.57%,在非选择性试验中的拒食率分别为77.88%、55.40%和73.01%.
