    链霉菌4301菌株的抑菌活性与液体发酵的优化

    Studies on Fungicidal Activity and Liquid Fermentation Optimization of Streptomyces Strain 4301

    • 摘要: 从土样中分离筛选链霉菌4301菌株的代谢产物,固体培养4301菌株.结果表明,4301菌株对荔枝霜疫霉菌Peronophythora litchii和荔枝炭疽病菌Glomerella cingulata的抑菌圈透明,对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌圈直径达到25.5mm.以荔枝霜疫霉菌为指示菌,对菌株4301发酵培养基和发酵条件进行优化研究,得到的最佳培养基组成(w)为:葡萄糖2%、可溶性淀粉2%、黄豆饼粉浸液3%、蛋白胨0.3%、FeSO40.001%、NaCl 0.2%、CaCO3 0.25%、K2HPO40.02%;优化后的培养条件:发酵时间为96 h、发酵温度为28℃、接种量(w)为8%、装液量为75 mL,优化后4301菌株对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌圈直径达到28.8mm.

       

      Abstract: Streptomyces strain 4301 was isolated from the soil.Metabolites produced by this strain showed fungicidal activity.The diameter of inhibitory cycles of Peronophythora litchii affected by Streptomyces strain 4301 was 25.5 mm in solid culture.Optimal fermentation conditions and medium of liquid culture for Streptomyces strain 4301 were investigated.The results indicated that the optimal fermentation medium and conditions were as follows:glucose 2%,soluble starch 2%,beancake powder extract 3%,protose peptone 0...
