    微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中镍

    Determination of Nickel in Soil by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion

    • 摘要: 采用密闭式微波系统消解土壤样品,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其镍含量.微波消解法与国标湿法消解相比,结果基本一致,但湿法消解耗时8~10 h,消耗试剂15~20 mL,而微波消解法只需3 h,消耗试剂9.5 mL.在微波消解最佳条件下,镍检出限为0.015 4 mg/L,加标回收率为97.4%~103.0%,相对标准偏差小于4.1%.
