    也门铁嵌合体品种在离体培养中的变异规律及调控

    Variation and Regulation on Chimera Variety of Dracaena Fragrans During in vitro Culture

    • 摘要: 以金心也门铁 Dracaena fragrans cv.massangeana 及金边也门铁D.fragrans cv.lindenii 为材料,对其叶片嵌合性状在离体培养过程中的变异规律及通过调节培养条件降低其变异率进行了研究.在离体培养过程中,金心也门铁和金边也门铁的嵌合体性状极不稳定,后代中分别有4类和8类变异,2个品种之间也可相互变异;变异率高低主要受芽增殖方式的影响,由愈伤组织分化出的不定芽的变异率高达70%以上,由丛生芽基部组织分化出的不定芽的变异率约40%~50%,而由腋芽分化方式产生的芽变异率只有13%~17%,但后者的增殖率太低.将基部带有分生组织的丛生芽(增殖10代)在MS 1.0mg/L BA 0.1 mg/L IAA 3mg/L AgNO3 上增殖培养后,2品种的变异率分别能降为22.80%和25.34%,有效增殖率比以腋芽增殖方式提高约1倍.
