    2个辣椒疫病抗性资源的抗性遗传分析

    Genetic Analysis of the Resistance to Phytophthora capsici in Two Phytophthora Blight Resistant Varieties of Pepper

    • 摘要: 采用经典遗传分析方法,对来源于泰国和印度的2个辣椒疫病抗性资源Bangchang和P038的疫病抗性遗传规律进行了研究.试验将2个抗性资源分别与高感疫病自交系020和L23-9配对组合,建立各自的抗感亲本、F1(正反交)、F2及BC1(回交)4个世代群体,选用分离自广东的辣椒疫霉菌菌株ZLT0566作为侵染病原菌,用苗期灌根接种法对其各世代群体植株进行抗性鉴定,F2及BC1群体的抗感植株分离比例采用χ2测验进行适合性检测,结果表明:Bangchang对广东辣椒疫霉菌菌株ZLT0566的抗性遗传符合1对不完全显性基因控制模式,而P038的抗性遗传符合2对相互独立的不完全显性互补基因控制模式.
