    经修饰的烟草几丁质酶基因的克隆及多基因香蕉转化载体构建

    Cloning of a Modified Chitinase ⅠGene from Tobacco andConstruction of a Plant Multiple Gene Expression Vector

    • 摘要: 从烟草中克隆得到1个经修饰的几丁质酶基因chi,将它与1个已经克隆的核糖体失活蛋白基因Cassin以及1个抗病毒的融合基因FBC(CMV香蕉株系的CP基因和BBTV的Rep基因)共同构建在1个表达载体上,得到多基因植物表达载体pYLTAC747NH-c-C-FBC.
