    喜树果渣多糖的微波提取工艺研究

    Technology of Extracting Polysaccharides in Fructus Remnant of Camptotheca acuminata with Microwave

    • 摘要: 应用均匀设计法及一系列单因素选择试验优化了喜树多糖的微波提取工艺条件,比较了蒸煮回流法和微波提取法提取喜树多糖的效率.喜树多糖的微波提取优化条件是:固液比为 0.1(1:10), NaOH 浓度1.55 mol·L-1,微波功率 284 W,微波作用时间 9.2 min.采取2次浸泡,2次微波处理方式,提取液的浓缩比为5,乙醇加入量为 30 mL,沉淀放置48 h.
