    汽车液力自动变速器试验台的计算机测试系统

    Automotive Hydraulic Automatic Transmission Computer Testing System

    • 摘要: 研制了一台汽车液力自动变速器试验台;开发了一套计算机测试软件系统,在该软件系统的支持下,可完成自动变速器的测试操作及其性能分析.试验台以电涡流测功机为自动变速器加载,可模拟道路工况进行测试.实践表明,该系统所测试的D挡和R挡失速转速、主油压以及调速器主油压满足检测要求.

       

      Abstract: A testbed with a set of software for automatic transmission(AT) testing was developed,which was fitted with an eddy current dynamometer for loading and simulating the running conditions on road.Supported by this software,AT testing can be automatically performed and its performance can be decided.Experimental results showed that the parameters obtained could meet the requirement of testing.
