    上海绿色建筑室外绿化定量评价体系

    A Quantitative Evaluation System of Outdoor Afforestation for Green Construction in Shanghai City

    • 摘要: 从生态功能、景观功能、适生性、绿地率和绿化成本5个方面,经咨询专家,并结合上海实际情况,建立了上海绿色建筑室外绿化的定量评价体系,构建了评价模型,同时确定了生态功能无特殊要求的评价指标权重系数,最后应用评价体系对上海生态办公示范楼室外绿化进行了评价,从定性和定量2个方面对结果进行描述,并提出了绿化改进建议.

       

      Abstract: A quantitative evaluation system of green construction outdoor afforestation was set up, which contained ecological function, landscape function, suitability, green land rate and cost. Then the weight coefficient without special requirement was gained. For the outdoor afforestation of Shanghai ecological demonstration office building, the evaluation was conducted. The result was described qualitatively and quantitatively, and some suggestions were given at last.
