    一株丛枝菌根真菌的形态与分子鉴定

    Identification of an Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi by the Methods of Morphology and Molecule

    • 摘要: 从广东酸性土壤分离得到一种编号为2-1A1的丛枝菌根真菌.其孢子在土壤中单生,未见孢子果,椭圆形,黄色至褐色,孢子较大(170μm×230μm),孢壁一层,厚约11μm,M elzer s反应为黄色.其形态特征与Glomus flavispo-rum的特征描述相一致.提取其单孢子DNA,Nested PCR扩增其18S rDNA的NS31-AM1区,经序列测定,并在Gene-Bank上比对,进行系统进化树分析,结果表明,2-1A1与Glomussp.(DQ371674)的亲缘关系最近,序列同源性为98%.分子鉴定的方法只能将其鉴定到球囊霉属Glomus.
