    侵染广东辣椒的黄瓜花叶病毒的CP及2b基因序列分析

    Sequencing of CP and 2b Gene of Cucumber Mosaic Virus Infecting Pepper in Guangdong Province

    • 摘要: 对侵染广东省阳西县田间辣椒的黄瓜花叶病毒(cucumber mosaic wirus,CMV)的CP及2b基因进行序列分析,结果表明其CP基因与CMV亚组Ⅰ、亚组Ⅱ各株系之间的核苷酸同源率分别为90.9%~93.8%和76.1%~76.9%。氨基酸同源率分别为92.7%~97.7%和72.4%~78.1%;其2b基因与CMV亚组Ⅰ、亚组Ⅱ之间的核苷酸同源率分别为83.9%~90.2%和64.0%~67.7%,氨基酸同源率分别为79.3%~85.7%和50.5%~53.5%,由此确认该CMV分离物属于亚组Ⅰ成员.此外,CMV亚组Ⅰ成员的CP及2b基因中分别具有一段长为102bp及54bp的高度保守序列,这为转基因诱导寄主转录后基因沉默(post-transcriptional gene silencing,PTGS)CMV育种研究提供了参考.
