    芥菜农杆菌高效遗传转化体系初步建立

    Initial Establishment of Efficient and Stable Mustard Transgenic System Mediated with Agrobacterium tumefacciens

    • 摘要: 采用农杆菌导入法,探讨了影响芥菜农杆菌遗传转化效率的因素,优化了参数,初步建立了以MS 6-BA(2.0mg/L) NAA(0.2mg/L)为分化培养基,预培养时间3或4d,共培养时间4d,农杆菌浓度D600nm为O.5,浸菌时间10min,筛选压Kan为25mg/L的遗传转化体系。
