    花生上胚轴的丛生芽诱导和植株再生

    Adventitious Shoot Induction and Plant Regeneration from the Epicotyl of Arachis hypogaea

    • 摘要: 用苗龄10d的花生无菌苗的上胚轴为外植体,置于MS TDZ1mg/L BA2mg/L NAA0.5mg/L的培养基中,14d左右,可见丛生芽分化,45d后长出整齐一致的丛生芽,诱导率达80.2%.平均出芽数达9.1个。同时添加YE与AD和适当浓度的AgNO3,外植体的出芽率提高到90%,切取诱导芽单芽,转接至含有NAA的根诱导培养基中,在同样的培养条件下,30d后,G4号培养基中的外植体出根率达80%,且根粗壮,较长。
