    AM真菌与拮抗细菌的互作及对番茄根系酚类物质的影响

    Interactions Between AM Fungus and Antagonistic Bacterium and Their Effect on Phenolic Content in Tomato Plant Root

    • 摘要: 在两室根箱系统中以番茄为供试植物,接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌Glomusversiforme和/或拮抗细菌,研究两者在根际的互作及对根细胞壁结合态酚的影响,结果表明:拮抗细菌对菌根侵染率有轻微的促进作用,菌丝密度因接种拮抗细菌而增加,而接种AM真菌降低了拮抗细菌在根面、根际的定殖,前者由7 94×106g-1降低到3 75×106g-1,后者由8 08×105g-1降低到2 87×105g-1,其影响甚至延伸到根面以外2cm的范围;AM真菌和拮抗细菌都能提高根细胞壁结合态酚类物质的含量,但后者的增幅更大.可以认为,拮抗细菌对AM真菌有协同作用,双接种有可能促进AM真菌抗病功能的进一步发挥.
