    非嗜食植物次生化合物对荔枝蒂蛀虫的控制作用

    The Effects of Secondary Substance of Non-Preferable Plant on Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley

    • 摘要: 利用生命表的方法和干扰作用控制指数评价了非嗜食植物次生化合物对荔枝蒂蛀虫 (ConopomorphasinensisBradley)的控制作用 ,结果表明 :在室内 ,供试的 2 4种植物乙醇提取物中对荔枝蒂蛀虫成虫产卵驱避作用较好的有白花非洲山毛豆 (Tephrosiavogelli)、飞机草 (Eupatoriumodoratum)和大叶桉 (Eucalyptusrobusta)的乙醇提取物 ,其干扰作用控制指数分别为 0 10 9、0 112、0 12 7,即它们的驱避作用效果在 80 %~ 90 %之间 ;在田间 ,白花非洲山毛豆、飞机草和大叶桉的乙醇提取物以及 φ =10 %高效灭百可乳油 (30 0 0× )和 φ =90 %敌百虫结晶 (5 0 0× )处理区中 ,荔枝蒂蛀虫的种群趋势指数分别为 2 817、3 2 0 6、3 86 3、7 95和 11 84 ,表明荔枝蒂蛀虫下一代的种群数量将分别为当代的 2 817、3 2 0 6、3 86 3、7 95 0和 11 84 0倍 .各处理区的干扰作用控制指数分别为 0 2 0 9、0 2 38、0 2 86、0 5 89和 0 877,表明非洲山毛豆、飞机草和大叶桉的乙醇提取物处理区对荔枝蒂蛀虫的防治效果可达 70 %以上 ,而高效灭百可乳油和敌百虫结晶的防治效果均低于 4 0 % .

       

      Abstract: By means of life table and Interference index of population control(IIPC), the effects of secondary substance of non preferable plant on Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley were studied in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The results showed that the alcohol extracts of Tephrosia vogelli, Eupatorium odoratum and Eucalyptus robusta which were selected from 24 species of plants had better repelling effect on adults ovipositting of Conopomorpha sinensis . When the alcohol extracts of Eupatorium odoratum, Tephrosia vogelli and Eucalyptus robusta spayed in the litchi orchard, the trend index of population of Conopomorpha sinensis in treatment were 2 817,3 206 and 3 863, respectively. The interference index of population control of Conopomorpha sinensis in treatment of the alcohol extracts of Eupatorium odoratum, Tephrosia vogelli and Eucalyptus robusta were 0 209, 0 238 and 0 286, respectively, while the fruit protective effects were 79 1%, 76 2% and 71 4%, respectively.
