    主要营养成分对甘蔗叶悬浮细胞生长影响的研究

    Studies on the Effects of Major Nutrients on Suspension Culture of Sugarcane Leaf Cell

    • 摘要: 研究了MS培养基的主要营养成分,如不同初始磷酸盐浓度,不同氮源种类,不同氮源总量,不同糖种类及不同初始蔗糖质量浓度对甘蔗叶悬浮细胞生长的影响。结果表明:在MS基本培养其中,当初始磷酸盐浓度为1.25mmol/L,氮源为NH4NO3 KNO3,且总量为30mmol/L,碳源为蔗糖,初始蔗糖质量浓度为30g/L时,甘蔗叶悬浮细胞的生长最佳。

       

      Abstract: The effects of major nutrients in MS medium on suspension culture of sugarcane cell were studied, including different initial phosphate concentration, different nitrogen, total quantities of nitrogen, different sugar, different initial sucrose concentration. The results indicated that when the initial phosphate concentration was 1 25 mmol/L, the nitrogen was NH 4NO 3+KNO 3, the total quantities of nitrogen was 30 mmol/L, the sugar was sucrose and its initial concentration was 30 g/L, the growth of suspension culture of sugarcane cell was the best.
