    遮荫对大花山牵牛和桂叶老鸦嘴生长及叶片组织结构的影响

    Effects of Shading on Growth and Leaf Microstructure of Thunbergia grandiflora (Rottl. et Willd. ) Roxb. and T. laurifolia Lindl

    • 摘要: 遮荫后大花山牵牛Thunbergia grandifolra (Rottl.et Willd.)Roxb.和桂叶老鸦嘴(T.laurifolia Lindl.) 植株增高,节间增长,叶绿素含量增加,叶绿素a/叶绿素b降低,叶片及栅栏组织和海绵组织厚度降低,叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR)降低,叶片组织结构疏松度(SR)增加。

       

      Abstract: The effects of shading on plant growth and leaf microstructure of Thunbergia grandiflora (Rottl. et Willd.) Roxb. and T. Laurifolia Lindl. were studied. The results showed that the height of plant, length of internode ,chlorophyll content and the leaf tissue structure loose ratio ( SR ) increased, but chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b, thickness of leaf, palisade tissue and spongy tissue, the tissue structure tense ratio ( CTR ) decreased.
