    难易生根桉树茎解剖结构和多酚类物质分布的组织化学比较

    The Anatomy of Stem and Histochemistry of Phenol Distribution in Difficult- and Easy-to-Root Eucalyptus Species

    • 摘要: 各种桉树扦插生根能力不同 ;通过对刚果 12号桉W5无性系 ,尾叶桉MLA无性系 ,窿缘桉 ,柠檬桉插条茎解剖结构和其内含物多酚物质分布研究发现 ,桉树的射线相对较发达 ,木射线木质化程度相对较低及多酚物质含量多 ,分布广 ,较易产生诱导根原基

       

      Abstract: The rooting abilities in different species of Eucalyptus are quite different. The stem anatomy and histochemistry of Eucalyptus species, i.e. Eucalyptus ABL No.12 W5 clone, E.urophylla MLA clone, E. exserta and E. citriodora , were studied. It was indicated that those stem cuttings of Eucalyptus species, which had relatively developed and relatively lignified rays, relatively high content and relatively extensive distribution of phenol substances, were easy to form root primordia and then easy to root.
