    壳聚糖涂层延长荔枝货架寿命的研究

    Study on Extending the Shelf Life of Litchi with Chitosan Coating

    • 摘要: 用0.01kg/L壳聚糖溶液(Ⅰ),含0.01kg/L Vc的0.01kg/L壳聚糖的混合溶液(Ⅱ)和含0.01kg/L Vc,0.002kg/LEDTA的0.01kg/L壳聚糖的混合溶液(Ⅲ)涂膜于荔枝(淮枝品种)果实表面,于室温下放置,结果发现,涂膜比不涂膜(对照)果皮颜色好,烂果率低,质量损失小,呼吸速率低,其中含有Vc的壳聚糖溶液Ⅱ保鲜效果最好,室温下(33-34℃)荔枝的货架寿命延长至3d。
