    山茶属短柱茶组花粉形态的研究

    Study on the Pollen Morphology of Section Paracamellia in Genus Camellia

    • 摘要: 在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下对短柱茶组9种1变种的花类进行形态观察和比较研究,本组的花粉形态较为一致,表明该组是一个自然类群,根据花粉外壁表面纹饰特征,可大致将该组的花粉分为2种类型:穴-网状纹饰和皱沟状纹饰,讨论了陕西短柱茶,细叶短柱茶的分类问题。

       

      Abstract: Pollen morphology of 9 species and 1 variety in section Paracamellia was observed and compared by means of light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). the morphology of pollen grains in this section is mostly unanimous, showing that it is a natural group; According to exine sculpture character, pollens of the section are divided into two types: foveolate reticulate, rugulate fossulate; The classification problem of C. shensiensis and C. microplhylla was also discussed.
