    短光低温不育水稻宜DS叶缘与稃尖颜色遗传的关系研究

    Studies on the Genetic Relationship Between Leaf Edge Color and Glume Tip Color of YiDS with Short Day Low Temperature Induced Male Sterile

    • 摘要: 对无色叶缘无色稃尖的籼型材料与宜DS(无色叶缘紫色稃尖)杂交F1及F2稃尖和叶缘颜色的调查结果分析表明,紫色稃尖对无色稃为显性,符合1对基因控制的遗传模式;控制叶缘颜色的2对基因中的其中1对可能为稃尖色泽控制基因,另外,本试验进一步确证认为籼、粳不同类型的材料在控制叶缘颜色的遗传基础上存在差异,其中叶缘无色的粳型材料中不存在显性互补基因。
