    用于精密冲裁工艺的平面六连杆冲压机机构优化设计

    Design of Plane Six-Bar Optimal Punchs Mechanism for Fine-Blanking Technology

    • 摘要: 根据精密冲裁工艺所需的条件,分析平面六连杆机构冲压机的运动规律,推导其运动约束方程,运用有约束条件下惩罚函数法,建立冲压机冲头轨迹的运动优化模型,实现运动构件尺寸的最优化设计。

       

      Abstract: Inthis paper, to meet the need of precise fine-blanking technology, the movement pattern ofthe plane six-bar puncher was analyzed. The restriction equations were inferred also. Byusing restriction punish function, the trail optimal mode of the puncher was built and theoptimal structural dimension design was determined.
