Abstract: Combined with the authors' research work, it was summarized that the important role of somatic embryogenesis induction to establishment of regeneration tissue culture system and gene transformation system, and factors of effect on somatic embryogenesis production, as well as apph'cation of somatic embryogenesis germination to turfgrasses genetic breeding.
