套袋对妃子笑荔枝果实着色的影响

    Effect of Bagging on Fruit Coloration of Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn. cv. Feizixiao)

    • 摘要: 1997,1998年在广东省荔枝科普基地矮化栽培荔枝园采用硫酸纸袋、无纺布袋、纱网袋、报纸袋、牛皮纸袋对妃子笑荔枝进行套袋处理,结果表明:硫酸纸袋、无纺布袋可以使果皮提前10d着色,通过影响花青苷、类黄酮、可溶性酚等酚类物质和叶绿素含量,不同程度地改善果皮色泽品质,促进了苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性;报纸袋、牛皮纸袋显著抑制果皮花青苷合成,抑制了苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性;纱网袋促 色效果不明显

       

      Abstract: Experimnts of fruit bagging were conducted in close planting litchi orchard at Litchi's Extension Base of Guangdong Province from 1997 to 1998. The bags were made of cellopane paper, cotton,screen mesh, newspaper and kraft paper respectively. The results showed that the treatments with cellophane paper or cotton bags hastened coloration by 10 days as compared with unbagged fruits, and improved the quality of colouration through increasing the phenol, flavonoid and chlorophyll, and PAL activity. The treaments with newspaper and the paper bags suppresed the accumulation of anthocyanins significantly, and also inhibited PAL activity. Effect of the treatment with screen mesh bag on coloration of fruit peel was insignificant.
