Effect of Shading Treatments on Growth and Some Physiological Effects in Rumohra adiantiformis

  • 摘要: 设置50%遮光及70%遮光处理,研究不同遮光水平对丽莎蕨叶片生长、产量及一些生理效应的影响。结果表明,70%遮光处理比50%遮光处理,能促进叶片的生长,增加其商品产量,同时能提高叶片的叶绿素a、b及总叶绿素的含量,明显增加POD活性及叶片中K的含量;对叶片的解剖结构无明显影响,但能明显促进细胞内含物的积累。
    Abstract: Effects of 50% and 70% shading on the growth, yield and physiology of Rumohra adiantiformis were studied. The results indicated that 70% shading treatment, in comparison with 50%shading treatment, had more obvious effect in promoting leaf growth, increasing market yield, and could raise the contents of chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll. The POD activity and content of K in leaves could be apparendy increased in 70% shading treatment; No obvious effect on anatomical structure of leaf, but it could apparently accelerate accumulation of cellular matters on the leaves of 70% shading treatment than that of 50% shading treatment.
