蓝光对水稻幼苗光合作用的影响

EFPECT OF BLUE LIGHT ON THE PHOTOSYNTHESIS OF RICE SEEDLINGS

  • 摘要: 研究了长期蓝光处理对水稻幼苗光合性状的影响。结果表明:比较白光处理对照,蓝光处理水稻幼苗的总叶绿素含量,叶绿体光合磷酸化及光合速率下降,而RuBP羧化酶、加氧酶及乙醇酸氧化酶活性增强。蓝光处理降低水稻幼苗光合速率的原因,除蓝光诱导叶绿素合成的效率较低及降低了叶绿体光合磷酸化速率外,可能还与蓝光促进了水稻幼苗的光呼吸速率有关。
    Abstract: The effect of long -term blue ligh on the photosynthesis of rice(oryza sativ a L.)seedlingswas studied.Compared to white light tieatment,the blue light treatment induced lowerphotosynthetic rate,photophosphorylation rate of chloroplasts and chlorophyll con-tent,and higher activities of RuBPCase,RuBPO and glycolate oxidase.It is suggestedthat augmented photorespiration in the blue light treatment may be one of the rea-sons for decreased photosynthetic rate.
